I am Massimo Manta class of 1990, since 2012 I have specialized in body recomposition and sports nutrition supplementation. From 2014 to 2019 I lived between Germany, France and Canada where I had the opportunity to interface with international training and nutrition methods, I had the opportunity to follow many serminaries with professionals in the field such as Markus Rühl and Matthias Botthof. The methods used abroad are cutting edge and very different from the methods used in Italy. I did the various tests on myself, putting into practice the methods studied in the various seminars around the world and in books.
They worked but I always tried to refine and maximize the results to get the best form in the shortest time possible.
